- Malibu Rum – Use Malibu or any coconut flavored rum.
- Pineapple Juice – Store-bought pineapple juice works great for this recipe.

- Garnish Ideas – I used a lemon wedge, some maraschino cherries and paper umbrellas for my garnish. Fresh pineapple slices would also be a nice touch.
