The second rectangle strip can be used to make the hat fit any head, although you may need to cut a second strip if the one isn’t enough.
Apply a strip of tape to the inside to join the strip and the hat.
Hold the hat up to the head and add a piece of tape to attach the other half.
Then, apply a strip of tape on the outside seams.
That’s all there is to it! Now you have a lucky leprechaun hat!
