Supply List

For the best deal, purchase the wire frame at the dollar store and the bandanas from Hobby Lobby.
Cut the Bandanas
Unfold each green bandana and cut down the center using the fold line as a guide.

There are 14 green bandanas. I have 28 halves after cutting them.
Wrap Wreath Form
Grab a cut bandana and fold it in half, bringing the ends together.

Keeping the ends of the bandana in the center, place the wire wreath form on top.

Final Thoughts
I have also created a tutorial for a Patriotic Bandana Wreath.
One of the most common questions with that similar tutorial is how to stiffen the bandanas to keep them from drooping.
I recommend using a starch or a stiffener on the bandanas.
Whether to apply it before they are tied depends on the type of starch used.
A fabric stiffener liquid would be applied to the bandanas before tying them.
A spray starch or stiffener would be applied after tying the bandanas to the frame.
